Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and details about a property or real-estate goal you share through our forms, chat, or by phone. We also keep records of our communications with you.
To respond to your inquiry, prepare the reports you request, provide real-estate services, and keep the transaction records the law requires of a brokerage. We do not sell your personal information.
When you provide your phone number through our website, you consent to receive text messages from GroundNorth related to your inquiry — appointment reminders, follow-ups on your request, and account or service notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service.
We share information only as needed to serve you in a transaction (for example, with a closing attorney or lender you are working with), with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your contact information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link or ask us) at any time, and you can ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it — email tim@rise24re.com and we’ll take care of it, subject to records we must keep by law.
